2. Aero Yassavi to represent you in CPM - in The Council's Chamber [original thread]
Well I need a place for Amarr Squads for my Amarch Campaign (March Amarr Madness!) Seeing as 1.8 will grant scouts second EQ I don't plan to use cloak so I will fill it with Uplinks so that gives me some more reason to do Amarr FW and I also want...

You plagiarized me Aero. Bam right on the money you add one more phase than me and basically split my phase I into your first 2. Slapped your FW on it..... Which is why I would be more lenient towards your CPM candidacy but I can't agree with s...

7. Wiser Marketing Choices - in The Council's Chamber [original thread]
Honestly the Standard level BPOs seem fine to me. Yes people were complaining that they are meta 1 gear and thus should not exist but really it only saves you something like 24-31K SP and 3K ISK. It's only marginal in its benefits.

I agree, I have been voicing that Vanity gear is really what Aurum should be about. They quickly realized to go the BPO route though because people would buy just one 'Carbon' or 'Kindred' and favorite it and forever walk around the warbarge in st...

Too late we found out https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=110984&find=unread apparently LOS is a severe scanning buff. It can detect any profile and at a great range. This is probably the main issue.

We need to know exactly how passive scanning works. https://forums.dust514.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1262410#post1262410 There are so many questions on a system that a whole frame, the light frame, depends on. How can we properly fit scan m...

Yes. I believe that the way scouts were meant were to be solo, easier to avoid detection and all, and scout for the rest of the squad. This will be a good advantage to lone wolves, or the ones with the ability to lonewolf should they choose. I'm i...
